Industrial Communications, an industry leader in wireless communications experiencing rapid growth, has an immediate opening for an experienced Warehouse Team Member.  We are seeking a self-driven, ambitious, responsible individual looking for a hands-on warehouse position with room for advancement.

Position Duties:

  • Receive deliveries, inspect for damage, and inventory
  • Load and unload warehouse deliveries
  • Inventory control, including stock replenishment
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and yard grounds
  • Maintain proper care and maintenance of warehouse equipment
  • Perform periodic inventory control audits, including physical counts
  • Pull stock for work crews

Qualifications:

  • One year or more of prior warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of inventory control software
  • Asset and inventory experience
  • Self-motivated with good communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to transition from a team to an individual work environment
  • Complete tasks in timely manner
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Must successfully pass a background and drug test
  • Fork-lift experience and/or certification is a plus
  • Attention to detail and safety prevent injuries

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the human resources function including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, organization development, HRIS, training, safety and policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement recruitment methods to attract top quality candidates to support the achievement of company goals and business strategy.
  • Review, update and maintain policies affecting personnel, and consult/advise on interpretation and administration.
  • Update the employee handbook and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
  • Administer all HR programs such as benefits, compensation, performance management, training, and safety.
  • With management team conduct employee disciplinary action process including incident report documentation, performance improvement plans, and terminations in accordance with company policy.
  • Development and update compensation programs by participating in external surveys as needed.
  • Orchestrate the performance management process resulting in performance reviews and merit plans on an annual basis.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on required actions.
  • Assists with legal responses (MCAD/EEOC/Unemployment) to minimize unfavorable determinations and related expenses when applicable.
  • Manage the worker’s compensation insurance process from incident reporting to return to work practices for lost time occurrences for all work-related claims.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee voluntary termination.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • SPHR or PHR preferred, but not required
  • Paychex Flex & HRO platform experience highly desirable
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience with proven success in Generalist role
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems without direct supervision
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for communication at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Absolute discretion concerning the sensitive and confidential matters entrusted to this position
  • Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and influencing others
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required

We have an immediate opening in Marshfield, MA for a Concrete/Civil Laborer.

The essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Clearing sites for construction of cellular towers and related structures
  • Tying rebar and setting of forms
  • Pouring and finishing concrete
  • Light demolition
  • General laborer duties at construction sites

Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skill Sets, Experience, etc.) are as follows:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience with tying rebar, various form systems and concrete placement

JOB DESCRIPTION

Industrial Communications, an industry leader in wireless communications experiencing rapid growth, has immediate openings for Technician Trainees at our Marshfield, MA Headquarters.

Starting hourly rate $ 20.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Position involves working in construction services building towers, climbing towers or other elevated structures to perform inspections, installations, testing, and maintenance services for the wireless industry including cellular, broadcast, and public safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver’s license / ability to acquire a DOT medical card
  • Participation in job and safety
  • Understand and strictly adhere to safety and quality guidelines without deviation

  • Comfortable climbing/working at heights above 200 feet in varying/inclement weather conditions
